We are a part of the Exigent Group of companies based in Kent and provide specialist advice and assistance to high growth businesses. We have considerable experience in successfully managing High Growth businesses. Prior to starting Exigent our founder was employed as a business unit head and latterly a regional director of a company that grew from 200 to 3500 staff over a ten year period. Delivering average annual growth of 30% plus and pretax profits of 10% and better. This culminated in its sale for over £1 billion in 2000. Prior to developing this programme specifically for High Growth businesses we have gained 10 years experience in mentoring and coaching businesses and during that time also we have worked with a number of high growth business some delivering very high rates of 80 -
